Time after time again, I have heard many stories of women with beautiful hair… on the outside. You know what I mean.. when hair extensions give the appearance of healthy and flawless hair, but underneath it all, the truth about the actual state of your hair lies. Here, let me paint the picture for you… or better yet:
While it can be hidden by wearing even more hair extensions, and while the world may be unaware of your plight, deep down you know that your hair is thinning. Your hair texture –dry. Your hair strength – breakage. Your edges – chewed.
Time after time again, we see women living a lie that they love their hair, while in reality, they love the image that the extensions portray and are ashamed about the true state of their hair. Why do we do this?! Why do we love our hair extensions more than our real hair?! This is the ultimate mea culpa in hair care!
If women dedicated the same amount of time and effort on their own hair as they did to hair extensions, we could have our cake and eat it, too.
