When I started my healthy hair journey, I became obsessed with the infamous "braid out." It was like love at first sight. With all the tamed voluminous waves flooding Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, I was bound to fall in love and long for what I did not have. I watched so many videos that I, eventually, convinced myself I was an expert - a braid out connoisseur to be exact. Keep in mind I was an expert with no experience whatsoever.
